Kaishin Taekwondo was founded by Andrew Welch.

Kaishin means open mind. Kaishin Taekwondo provides a friendly environment for children and adults to learn Taekwondo while developing personal:

• flexibility
• self-defence strategies
• coordination
• concentration
• self-confidence

Classes

Taekwondo classes are held at Serisier Street, Dubbo and cater for all age groups.

Head Instructor

Kaishin Taekwondo is operated by Kym Housden who has been a martial arts instructor for over 20 years. Kym's qualifications include:​

• 6th Dan
• Cert IV - Coaching Children & Adolescents
• Accredited Gym & Children's Instructor - Fitness Australia
• Cert IV - Pilates
• Level One Strength and Conditioning Coach
